Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at uni-nutrition.com (the “Website”), operated by UNI Nutrition Inc. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About UNI Nutrition

UNI Nutrition Inc. (“UNI Nutrition,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a British Columbia company with its office in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Our Website is provided as a business-to-business informational and inquiry resource for businesses and professionals in the health and nutrition sector.

For questions about these Terms, please contact us at contact@uni-nutrition.com.

2. Business Use

The Website is intended primarily for businesses, organizations, and professionals evaluating potential product development, quality and regulatory, and market launch support.

By using the Website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. Services and Separate Agreements

The Website provides general information about UNI Nutrition and the types of services we may provide.

Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer, quotation, guarantee, or commitment to provide services.

Submitting a contact form or sending an email does not by itself create a client relationship.

Any engagement for services will be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, or other written terms accepted by the parties. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written services agreement, the services agreement will govern with respect to the services.

UNI Nutrition acts as an independent service provider. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship between you and UNI Nutrition. References to working with clients or partners describe the nature of the business relationship and do not create a legal partnership.

4. Scope of Role

UNI Nutrition provides product development, documentation, preparation, coordination, and market launch support. Regulatory decisions, legal advice, and official submissions remain the responsibility of the client and, where appropriate, qualified regulatory or legal professionals.

Depending on the engagement, UNI Nutrition may coordinate manufacturers, testing laboratories, regulatory specialists, consultants, ecommerce providers, or other third parties.

UNI Nutrition is not a regulator, law firm, testing laboratory, or manufacturer, including where it engages one of these third parties for an engagement under Section 7.

Product ownership decisions and other matters requiring a licensed or otherwise qualified professional also remain the responsibility of the client and the applicable qualified professional.

Clients remain responsible for the products they develop or market, the information and instructions they provide, their regulatory and business decisions, and their marketplace or ecommerce accounts.

5. Information Only; No Professional Advice

Information on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only.

It is not legal, regulatory, scientific, medical, tax, financial, or other professional advice.

Requirements may vary by product, jurisdiction, and circumstances and may change over time. Appropriate professional advice should be obtained where required.

6. No Guarantee

UNI Nutrition does not guarantee regulatory approval, licence, registration, notification, marketplace acceptance, search ranking, search or AI visibility, sales, or any particular business outcome.

7. Third Parties, Costs, and Trademarks

Where an engagement involves a manufacturer, testing laboratory, regulatory specialist, consultant, or other third party, that third party may be engaged either by UNI Nutrition or directly by the client, depending on the scope of the engagement and the written agreement between the parties.

The applicable proposal, statement of work, or services agreement will identify, where relevant, who is responsible for contracting with the third party and who is responsible for the applicable third-party fees and expenses.

Third-party services may also be subject to the third party’s own terms, schedules, capabilities, and limitations. Except to the extent expressly agreed in writing, UNI Nutrition is not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, delays, or failures of third parties.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

8. Information You Send

Please do not submit confidential formulas, proprietary data, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive business information through the Website contact form or ordinary email.

If confidential information needs to be shared, an NDA can be made available before sensitive information is provided.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, UNI Nutrition does not undertake to treat unsolicited information submitted before an NDA or services agreement as confidential under a separate contractual confidentiality obligation.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any information you submit.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
